From the raw materials to the complete products, we always make strict control for every production procedure in order to make the satisfying products for our customers. Our production procedures includes extruding, polish, cutting, shaping, painting, assembly, testing, packing, shipping, etc.
Polish
Make the raw steel plates smooth and shiny, and confirm its thickness
Cutting
Cut the steel plates to make it suitable for our chambers
Shaping
Handle the steel plates which should be in curved or special shape
Painting
Paint the steel plates with color and make them anti-rust and corrosion-resistant
Assembly
Assemble the parts to complete chambers, and equip all their accessories
Testing
Run a series of tests for the pressure, reliability and stability of the chambers

We offer various kinds of portable and hard hyperbaric oxygen chambers with different specifications and prices. According to our research, the normal price of portable hyperbaric chambers in the market is over US$10,000 and the price of hard shell chambers is over $30,000. These prices are too high for many individuals and small companies. As the original manufacturer, we offer competitive factory price. The price of our portable hyperbaric chambers is from US$3000, and the price of our hard shell chambers from US$8000.
There are no extra cost if you just want to do a slight adjustment. For deep customization, we will evaluate your requirement. Please talk to us.
Our normal delivery time is about 15 days, but it will depend on the quantity of your order and if we have plenty of orders to handle at that time.
We ship the chamber to you by door to door sea freight by default. The shipping time is about a month. If you have a special requirement for the shipping time, please let us know that.
Normally our shipping way has included the customs clearance and tariffs. You don’t have to do those by yourself anymore. But for remote or special address, you might have to clear customs by yourself. Please send us your address for comfirmation.
For soft shell hyperbaric chambers and monoplace hard shell hyperbaric chambers, they don’t need any installation. For multiplace hard shell hyperbaric chambers, you need to assemble the modular parts to complete chamber by yourself. We provide full after-sales support and will guide you how to do it easily.
For portable chambers, we provide 2-year warranty. For the hard shell chambers, we provide 10-year warranty for the chamber body and 2-year warranty for the oxygen concentrator. Our chambers are durable and will not get transformed even used for 10 years.
